"Our experience replacing our homes roof and gutters with Heartland Construction was excellent. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it. "First of all, everything that turned out well is thanks to Gary who is marvel of roofing knowledge and straight talk. I talked with half a dozen roofers over the last year. Gary was the only one who had the expertise and the decency not to b.s. or overcharge us. An Honest Roofer! His company delivered the material and began work in less than two weeks from our initiating the project. The crew was efficient, completing the job on the first day. We required additional work to reinstall our gutter covers. Brian was sent over and he did a great job using some replacement covers and some original ones. Worked out great. I mention this because Gary said that any issues with the gutter covers would be theirs and that everything was covered. And it was! If you don't hire these guys, it will be your loss. By the way, the Class 4 Malarkey synthetic shingles are rated against damage with hail up to 4.5 inches. Nice product, great company!"
