"A huge hailstorm came through. Next day I had Austin come check out the roof. Our house had enough damage where the roof will be paid for by insurance claim. Austin was very professional, straight to the point, and explained everything we needed to do and helped us along every step to get insurance to pay for the whole replacement. One thing I really like about Austin is he went above and beyond to make sure the clean up after the job was done right. He was out after the roof build the next day with a magnet to get any remaining nails out of the backyard. We have dogs so this really impressed us that his care for the clean up process was so meticulous. Thank you Austin for taking good care of us. "I had siding replaced and very displeased with the entire process. The crew did a poor job for what I paid and have already had to be back out here 3 times in a month to fix their mistakes. Crew cheif never checked the work to determine if the quality was up to the company standard. The crew left the property a mess with my belongings scattered around the yard. They had leftover pieces scattered as well. The craftsmanship and quality was aubpar for the price. No care for the property. Damaged driveway, roof, windows, and garden bed. Chalking already cracking. Large gaps in the siding. Siding already buckeling. Seams not together. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and still no response. I was promised certain tasks at point of sale that company will not follow up on. Over all this company treats their customers as money and gets in and out with little oversight or quality check. I am very displeased with the product I got for the money I paid. Will never recommend."
