Wagner Floors did not correct the squeaking underflooring, which would have involved replacing plywood underflooring so as to cut plywood pieces to put all butt joints over the joists. The company said it would fix the underflooring, but did not do that part of the work. The young men who replaced the carpeting did a very good job. That was half the work. I recommend against employing Wagner Floors."

The floor came out great. Better than I was expecting. He had to do some extra work around a toilet in the bathroom, but did not ask for extra money. They have an outstanding vacuum system that captures almost all of the dust. It is so effective, Robert doesn't even need to wear a dust mask.
