Weekend of six large dryer blowers and two giant, calibrated dehumidifiers. Within a few hours after the Broadco team completed mitigation, the room began to smell and feel a lot better. Brenda and Leslie had everything sanitized and boxed up.or bagged in less than two hours. The emergency services director, Bill, spent a half a day working, planning, leading and thoroughly documenting the damage. Sergio, Alex and Zach kept an amazing eight straight hours focused on the water damaged room tear down and clean out. They work very cleanly. "Job included paint and carpentry on a 2 story Tudor home. Accepted 5 bids, we chose MHI due to their ability to handle all of the carpentry work required on the Tudor stucco panels and boards. The quality of the painting was excellent overall. While I always expect to follow up with a little touch up or extra coat here or there, I was impressed with how much attention was paid to the toughest parts of the job... in particular, painting along difficult edges such as where existing caulk met brick, or where the tudor panels and boards meet. "I had an appointment and had to leave home toward the end of the day.  As he was likely to finish the job before I returned, I gave him a check for the balance due.  When I got home that evening, it was obvious that he packed up and left as soon as I had gone, as no more work was done. I called immediately and received email promises to return but  follow up phone calls were never responded to.  That was early October and this is early April.   Though some of the runoff from the roof has been diverted, large amounts of rainwater still pours down onto the rear door area.
