Great, effectice team to perform all facets of a majorvwater damage mitigation in one day. Antimicrobial spray on the studs. Weekend of six large dryer blowers and two giant, calibrated dehumidifiers. Within a few hours after the Broadco team completed mitigation, the room began to smell and feel a lot better. Brenda and Leslie had everything sanitized and boxed up.or bagged in less than two hours. The emergency services director, Bill, spent a half a day working, planning, leading and thoroughly documenting the damage. Sergio, Alex and Zach kept an amazing eight straight hours focused on the water damaged room tear down and clean out. They work very cleanly. Greatful for the entire Broadco team's.high value water damage work."

"I called them on Saturday and I got a call back from the owner within half an hour. He asked if it would be okay if he was able to come out within an hour. They sanitized. They started the work and brought over 6 fans. They also ripped up carpet, tile and moved a cabinet that was filled with over about 500 pieces of ceramics; it was very heavy. They moved that with caution and nothing broke! He is working on putting things back together too. They are the nicest and most considerate company ever! They are timely and they even call ahead of time to give us a heads up if that is okay with my schedule. I wished I could give them an A+ and they treated us like family. We then decided to go with them for the 2nd part of the restoration and they are in the process of fixing back our basement. They came over to bring over tile samples and we discussed budget expenses as well"

"MHI repainted my house in the fall of 2016. They initially did a sloppy job while going 40% over the initial estimate. But in October 2019 they came back out to fix some problems with the earlier work and to perform some additional work at a very reasonable cost. The crew that originally painted my house is no longer with the company. Bill's crew performed the work this year, and did a much better job. Bill will have a prominent role in MHI going forward, so I am confident they will be a very different company than the one I dealt with in 2016. I'll likely have Bill's crew repaint the interior of my house when this is done in a month or so. While I gave the 2016 MHI poor grades, Bill earned all A's."
