I was then assured I would be the first and only appointment the following day (Saturday). Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again?no arrival within the expected timeframe and no clear communication. Taking time off work twice for missed appointments is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Reliability and communication are critical for service-based businesses, and this experience fell short on both.
