"Have used Joe 3 times now. First to replace 4 exterior doors. Second to refinish some interior paint and trim. Lastly for a complete kitchen remodel. Each and every time he was prompt and very professional with great attention to detail. He has a permanent place in my address book and will certainly be called on again, probably sooner than later."

"NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "

Nick was 1 of 5 sales personnel that came to my home to present and gave me a no hassle free estimate, he left a lasting impression, months later I call to sign the contract and proceed, believe it or not he was the only salesman my wife remember because he was so professional, knowledgeable and respectful. From the time I signed to the time the work was completed was less than 1 week. The installers were awesome, couldn’t ask for more. I definitely recommend DZ renovation. Mark call after completion to make sure all went well. Thank you DZ. I can rest assured that water from my roofs is well controlled. "
