"Sal, the owner of Bexar Moving and Delivery, and his crew loaded his long, long trailer with my daughter's household furniture and belongings on the promised date and arrived three days later at her new home. They did an outstanding job. They packed up items that we didn't have time to do. They worked fast and efficiently. In her new house they set up anything they had to dismantle such as her bed frame, mattress and headboard. Nothing was lost or broken. Sal is very personable, honest, and fair. His price is reasonable. I came down from Michigan to help out my daughter with her move and was so impressed with Bexar Moving and Delivery, truly the best moving company I have ever experienced. "I am very pleased with the result. I sent an email to Jane asking for an estimate and she called me within 15 minutes of my sending the email to set up an appointment for a color consultation and estimate the next day. I had picked colors I thought would work and after consulting with Jane, went to a darker shade of each color, which worked out great. She also helped me select a stain color for the cabinets. Jane gave me two dates on which they could start the project, the following Monday or 2 weeks from that Monday. I chose the next Monday and Jane and her painters arrived promptly on that day. They moved all furniture and covered it and ceiling fixtures with plastic. The estimate was that it would take 6 days (3 painters) to complete the job and they would work through Saturday. The painters arrived promptly each morning and worked late several days. By the end of the week, it beame clear that it would take several extra days to finish the job and the painters worked Sunday and Monday, wrapping up that evening. Jane came over late Monday afternoon and worked with the painters to finish and told me to check for any areas that needed touching up and she would come back to take care of them. After they left, I discovered that they had not painted the inside of one wall of cabinets, several touch ups that needed to be done, and that no cleanup had been done in one bathroom, with paint puddled on the countertops and around the bathtub. In hindsight, it was clear that they needed another half day to complete the job correctly. I called Jane and she came over the next day and began working on finishing the job. She couldn't stay long each time she came and it took a total of 4 trips over a 3 week period for her to finish the job. My only complaint is that she didn't get the painters to come back over to finish the job in one timeframe or set aside the time herself to do so, I expected the responsiveness at the end that I received at the beginning. Jane was very apologetic about it."
