"Though my appointment was missed the business owner did contact me to apologize 3 days later. I called tge owner the day of the appointment twice and so did Home Advisor. Apparently there was a flaw in the automatic booking service. The business owner contacted me via email and personal phone call. They was very kind and was eager to be at service unfortunately I had to go with another professional. If I was contacted sooner by the business owner most likely I would have stayed with their business."

We had never had it cleaned before, so it really was a big job. Jose and his team did it quickly and expertly. Our home is brick with siding and two brick chimneys.
