"I had gone to a couple of companies with their bid and everybody, the price was so high and when the representative came, he basically said we price, what's the phrase, I can't think of how he worded it. The prices were much more reasonable than most of the other agencies that i went through. Basically I went them because of price. I didn't have any problems. There weren't any loose nails. He explained to me what they do especially since the house is on the block and generally in West Allis the older houses that are very close together. They are just a couple feet away from each other.
