"I wanted you to know what a fantastic job Matt from Holton Brothers did today at my new building. What an artist! I didn?t think it could end up looking that good. And he was extra informative and helpful in explaining a couple other items that will need attention after I replace some windows. But without Matt taking the time to explain it to me I would not have known about masonry and bricks.  The previous owner of my building had just squirted some bathtub calk in some of the cracks so of course that wasn't a solution. Matt worked all morning with a grinder removing all the old and loose debris. Then he insulated and repaired what was damaged using materials that were specifically made for brick buildings. The best part of all of this is that he custom matched colors and textures so his repairs were so perfect you couldn't see when the problems had been.
