"They came for an initial estimate and explanation of the product. I had gotten other estimates and Invisible Fence was the most reasonable. I schedule the installation and the 2 training sessions that were included in my purchase. For each appointment they were on time and very efficient. It was raining the day the fence was installed but they still came and installed it without one complaint...even though he was soaked by the end! :) The people who came to give the lessons were very friendly and were great with my dog. He installed the underground wire within a few hours and set out flags and helped us train our dog. The battery lasted 1 year in our dog's receiver. We've had this system for 2 years now and LOVE it. Our large dog will not cross his boundaries. <br /> Excellent customer service! When we were having some landscaping done, he came back and moved the wire so that it wouldn't be in the way of the landscapers.
