John is on the job and is in constant communication with you about the progress. The job was not rushed. You can tell they have passion for their craft and treat each job with care. A lot of attention to details, both big and small. John will talk you through options to any unforeseen issue. He kept his original quoted price and didn't ask for more money to repair unexpected rot and/or additional labor time. John's recommendation for a mason for stone work on the porch was great. "Since this was our second home we were not able to be there during the renovations.  We received photos ,texts, phone calls and emails regarding the projects in work.   When we arrived on the weekend, home was left in great condition.  Our neighbors  also  told us that the workers were there, on the job, from early morning to late in the evening most days.

I was always able to call in to the service department with questions and they helped resolve all of my concerns. After the job is complete, they send out a quality assurance person to make sure that the installation was done properly. They answer your questions at that time.
