"My husband says he never believes 5 star reviews, but I'm giving Texas Fence 5 stars anyway because they deserve it. Our new cedar fence looks amazing. The crew came out and worked hard removing old fence and installing the new one. Two of our neighbors had a chain link fence, so the crew had to work in very tight spaces. There were a couple of small problems, like boards missing nails, but they came back right away to make sure everything was perfect. And they gladly came back, meaning there was no complaining, excuses or delay. They apologized for inconveniencing me! That's how businesses should be run, but it's so rare to find companies that actually deliver. The team also did a great job with clean up, our neighbors were also happy with their work, no complaints! They deserve 5 stars."

"Premier fence did an excellent job removing old chainlink fencing and installing a taller chainlink fence around my backyard. The process was painless and simple. I received a quick response and quote, which was lower than others. The job was started and completed quickly! They performed great work and installed a quality product. Communicating was easy and received quick reaponses. I would highly recommend Premier fence for your fencing needs."

"Fence looks incredible. Watched a lot of the work in progress. Luis was the team lead and did the install of the pickets after the framework was in place. He was very attentive to keeping the pickets level, and would discard ones which did not meet his standards-and those got returned to the supplier. The guys cleaned up the worksite very well, with just some sawdust left behind."

"He did a basic repair on the fence. The fence had about 5 areas that needed repair and he only repaired one area. I thought the deal meant that he would take care of all of the repairs. The repairs needed were very basic. I was put off by the fact that they repeatedly tried to sell me a new fence."

"After calling several companies who were not interested in servicing a GTO opener I tried Sigma.  Alex was extremely sympathetic, helpful, thorough and professional from the moment he picked up the phone the first time to when he wrote me a detailed close-out email explaining the work that had been done and what we needed to do to keep the newly installed LA-400 gate opener operating well for years to come.  Although he too didn't like working on GTOs, he suggested we first try to fix the unit to save money.  While I was disappointed this wasn't possible, I knew it had nothing to do with Sigma and everything to do with the lack of GTO service support in our area.  Alex provided a discount on the call-out / troubleshooting work they did on the GTO unit and applied it to the already competitive cost of the new Liftmaster LA-400 which also includes a 3 year parts / labor warranty which gives me piece of mind while the house is being rented out during our overseas assignment.  I have never come across someone in the skilled trade business with Alex's honesty, desire to please, patience and thoroughness.  He spent considerable time writing me several long emails to keep me informed on the troubleshooting, tell me my options for repair and replacement, and keep me posted on the progress of the work.  All this was done within one week under time pressure before the tenants moved in and the ultimate results were fantastic.  I would highly recommend Sigma to anyone.
