"I couldn't be happier with the service. I had hired this company back in 2014 so I realized that I was already aware of their superior service from an old review I had written. I spoke to Efrain. He was so friendly and adaptable to my schedule. I think I changed my date 3 times. This was during the Covid-19 erratic schedule changes with my job. He was incredible and very easy to work with on the changes. He came out on May 09 a Saturday. He said he would be there between 8-10am. He wasn't joking. He was at my home at 8:15am. He started working immediately and knew exactly what to do without any hesitation. It was obvious that he enjoys his job and is proficient with ceiling fans. He had the whole job done in about an hour with conversation. It's like our conversation didn't slow him down one bit. He has done this so much that he just was on auto robot mode but yet able to hold a conversation at the same time. Now, that is the indication of incredible customer service and someone who "without a doubt" knows his job. I would and will hire him again. He is incredible. Again, I couldn't be happier. "Working with Rodney was great. He made the whole process incredibly smooth. He was super easy to communicate with, stayed calm and professional—even when we discovered that one of the fans had a faulty receiver. Instead of letting that slow things down, Rodney worked hard to troubleshoot the issue. Once I got a replacement receiver, he came back promptly and got everything up and running perfectly. I highly recommend Rodney for any electrical or fan installation work. Great attitude, reliable, and truly committed to getting the job done right!"

"When I requested the service from Curtis for Saturday I understood the cost would be $142.50 per hour. However, Curtis described how they did not charge extra for having a helper accompany the electrician. I interpreted this to mean that two people would be dispatched to do the work, The cost seemed reasonable for two people on a Saturday. Only one person came and he was not an electrician. He was a journeyman. The estimated time for completing the work was 4 hours. The work was not completed in 10 hours (2 hours for lunch) after which I sent the journeyman home and resolved to complete the work myself. The quality of the electrical aspect of the work seems acceptable. The only error I have discovered so far is that the light switch was installed upside down. I have not yet installed the fan units, so I have to reserve judgement on those electrical connections. Had a helper been dispatched with the journeyman I think the work would have proceeded according to the 4 hour time estimate that Curtis originally made. After some discussion Curtis reluctantly reduced the number of hours to 6 from the 8 hours charged by the journeyman. Overall this performance seems about average for a service company. In the future I will search for above average performers.

He noticed we had cats and made sure to order an upgraded pet-safe door. All materials were included in his estimate and he consistently ordered extremely high quality materials and finishes.
