A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. "Roger the owner came out assessed the needs and submitted a fair bid for the project. They basically had to strip the yard completely so that all the weeds and poison ivy could be removed and replanted 9 pallets of fresh grass. They fixed the sprinkler system and created a rock walkway between the garage and fence so that they could place their trash cans in the area. All the flower beds were cleaned out and fixed so that my daughter and her husband could plant fresh shrubs. All flower beds were mulched. And all of the yard debris was hauled away. The guys were professional, curtesy, and efficient. I would highly recommend Roger and his crew for any yard project."

He had to reschedule, like I think it was the forth time but it finally worked and then that one ended up being the afternoon before thanksgiving so it wasn't the best time but at least he got it done. The price was fine for me. It cost $700 and it was about 3 hours worth of work between 3 men. He at least called back all the time. I didn't have any issues with their professionalism."
