There customer services is great, they called to let us know that one of the ladies who cleans for us would be out sick that day and that there would on be one housekeeper that day, and wanted to know if that was OK with us. The cleaners were efficient and the house always smells fresh (not like bleach) when they leave. I now have them on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule so that I only have to do the touch ups. When I have specific items they need to know, I tell them directly or call the office to get the message out (ie. informing them that if I have a dirty copper pot, it doesn't sit in the sink while they clean the counter.
