Replace all the soil with new planting soil, install a weed barrier, remove and replace Arizona Flagstone stepping stones, plant 70 new plants, fertilize plantings and cover with new mulch. It took six days to build the trench as well as lay the pipes and test the water flow. Throughout the construction, the team worked hard to create the trench and the work was supervised by visits from Basave to the site. Starting with the estimate and proceeding with the work, Gomer Basave was an approachable, responsible and honest contractor who worked with his team to complete the project. "I reached out to Geico Builders through referral program. Project Manager Mila was super responsive and came out to give me ideas and quote. Once we agreed to the bid they were able to start work in just a few days. I already had a plan and plant list from a landscape architect so I was able to share those documents with them. I had biggest issue with the goffers all over my front yard, the suggestion that Mila gave me was priceless. The way how they did concrete an the amount of rebars they use I knew at that time this concrete stays here for a very long time! Team worked very quickly and efficient always left the job site clean when they left for the day. Mila was also helpful when we added more elements to the original plan. "I hired LEAL Landscape to install front yard irrigation, replace several sprinkler valves, creat walkway border/add black polished rocks and add black mulch. At the outset, Rudy presented himself as professional and punctual. However, once the project began, it became clear that he was cutting corners while charging the maximum amount for the work. Within just a couple of weeks, nearly all the sprinkler valves he installed or replaced began leaking. Instead of replacing the entire valve assembly, he installed inexpensive plastic sprinkler valves onto the OLD existing brass anti siphon bodies. This improper combination caused leaks at the connection points between the plastic valves and the brass anti siphon units. Additionally, Rudy significantly chipped the exterior stucco wall in order to force fit an oversized plastic valve, leaving visible damage to the property. One of the valves developed a severe leak over a weekend, forcing me to shut off water to the entire house. I immediate"
