"Liz & Alan are great to work with. From the beginning to end, they listened to what we wanted and gave us options in the design and layout of our new patio. Communication was key and Liz kept us apprised of times and dates for the scope of work. They started soon after a couple of weeks and started work removing our old deck which was a monster in itself. They got the new patio started from removing the old foundation that was also underneath the old deck, starting from the bare bones. Two weeks later, they completed the new patio, cleaned up the backyard and surrounding areas. Alan then gave us the rundown of the scope of work that entailed everything and gave us directions in caring for our new patio as well. We know and feel we spent our hard earned money with the right crew. They provided exceptional quality work and professionalism throughout and it was an awesome experience. We look forward to having them come back next year and do the rest of our landscaping/ hardscape in the front and back yards. Thank you again Liz, Alan & Limitless Landscape crew!"

"Had an old wooden retaining wall replace with block. Price was great and wall looks awesome! The workers were friendly and professional. Helped me out with a few extras. I think I didn’t explain one part of what I wanted very well. They came back out and made sure I was satisfied. I am now looking at another project for them since that one went so well. "Contractor was chronically late for all appointments by 2-3 hours. He stayed and worked well into the evening, even in the dark. I appreciate that he got it done eventually, but did not like having someone there till 9:30 at night. He did a good job on the concrete stairs - they look great. He left a mess in my basement when he repaired the front stoop. He also used a folding chair in my basement to stand on without asking - it is now a mess. For the wood railing on the back stoop, I specifically asked for a 4-5" space to be left under the bottom of the railing so I could sweep snow off in the winter. I also wanted the railing going down the stairs. At first, he did not want to do this (said something about code did not require it for the 3 steps going up) but it was part of the estimate that I approved. I asked him to fix the space under the railing and put on the railing for the stairs. He did come back and fix all to my satisfaction. Very nice guy, just not punctual or professional.

"Estimator was out a few days after I contacted them.  Very prompt.  Clear design plan and bid.  Work was preformed on time, withing constraints caused by weather.  Had a few plants that did not survive the winter and they were replace promptly and without any argument.  Workers were polite and careful.  Cleaned up after they were done.

"We are incredibly please with the quality of concrete work done for our patio. The guys contracted to come out got the project done in less than 3 days. They were here before 7 am and worked hard. Even with the heavy machinery they used, they were very considerate and laid down boards to drive on, resulting in absolutely no damage to the yard. It turned out lovely. I do not feel as satisfied with the quality of work on the mulch beds. From a quick glance, the dark mulch and healthy plants look nice, but a good portion of the grass around the mulch beds was trampled down to solid dirt, the natural edging now looks like the mulch edge is just a bunch of dirt everywhere. When I water the plants in the beds, the mulch is thin enough around some plants that it is just solid mud (it is thicker in other areas). One of the beds installed was supposed to be a straight 3ft wide up to an A/C unit and get wider to be around it. They were unable to make a straight line in the edging and the bed goes from 3 ft to a quick 2ft and then around the A/C. It looks sloppy, not aesthetic. One of my popup drains was not installed to be flat with the ground, it's cover has been broken barely two weeks later. I had asked and payed for all the stumps and old bushes to be removed from the mulch bed, there have now been four stumps with green shoots I’ve noticed coming up through the mulch. Turns out they left them and just covered them with dirt and mulch. Also, the Red Dragon Red Maple tree that was put in is pretty, but for $300, I thought it would be taller than 4.5’ tall. I called the owner with my concerns before constructing this review, he did not have very good customer service. He dismissed all my concerns and said that it was to be expected with landscaping and construction. But, his own cement crew was able to show how little damage can be made by being considerate with heavy construction equipment. He said he would come out to look at the forgotten stumps in the mulch and was defensive about the popup drain that was damaged. He insisted that they were even with the ground surface. He did send someone out the following week to remove additional stumps…he removed one. $7084"
