"Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

"They did our roof, partial siding and gutters/downspouts. We had some installation issues. There were also issues with the jobsite crews, communication/language, disrespecting my personal property, damaging my neighbors yard and one of the crew members side swiped another neighbors vehicle in the street. They did go above and beyond to make sure that in the end everything was satisfactorily completed and everyone affected was happy. Someone was always a phone call away and was very quick to answer. They were also quick to come out and address any issues. A very big thanks to Dominic for your all your help, it was greatly appreciated and to our estimator Garrett for answering all our initial questions. I would still recommend Salinas because I have heard from others around me about how great their work was from them and I was told they have made a few changes because of my issues.
