They were also very mindful of the rest of my home and protected my floors and cleaned at the end of their workday. One of the tubs which was installed began to leak, however, they responded quickly and resolved the issue without hesitation."

Despite this, they denied responsibility and offered no assistance or adjustment to offset the damage. I was still willing to move forward in good faith and pay once I received confirmation that the lights would be properly removed. Unfortunately, communication stopped entirely, and the issue remains unresolved. This situation has been disappointing and reflects a serious lack of professionalism."
