"Brian LaCroix was always responsive to my phone calls and texts during the process of trying to find painters who would give me an estimate.  Getting the estimates was somewhat problematic as I do not live in Shreveport and was trying to accomplish multiple projects during the time of the house painting.  Most communications were by text or phone.  He never hurried me off the phone and patiently answered all questions even though I know he had other project in progress.  The selection process came down to two estimates and Mr. LaCroix's estimate was 25% lower than my second choice  Unfortunately, when Mr. Lacroix was approximately 75% complete, there was a fire in the house so all work ceased. The painters were not present when the fire started and had nothing to do with the cause of the fire.  I felt Mr. Lacroix  was fair in the final payment I had to make for his services to cover his expenses up until the time of the fire.  He did not insist on receiving the full amount left to pay but roughly prorated the charges to reflect actual work completed rather than the full contract amount.  He had completed the painting on the front of the house and it looked very nice. <br />"
