We gave him an idea of what kind of house we wanted and he ran with it. He has great ideas and imagination when starting from scratch. He was very patient with us as we made changes to the original plans. Even more important, he was straightforward when an idea of ours just couldn’t work and he explained why in layman’s terms. Likewise, he was forthright when comparing different ideas with cost in mind. When it was all said and done, we got fantastic plans for the exact house we wanted and we are very excited to see it completed. "I was recommended by someone I know to Hank that helped us replace our floors when we moved into our house. He came by and took down measurements to let us know how much flooring to buy and also recommendations on different types of flooring. He gave us a pretty good estimate compared to another one we had and we decided to go with him. After the flooring arrived, they began removing the existing carpet and tile space to start work on the floors. We also got him to do the baseboards as well after installing the flooring. We plan to hire him for either another home remodel or consider buying a lot and he help us design and build our home in the future!"

"Jessa was wonderful to work with! She explained the process in a way I could understand, was prompt with communications and I actually enjoyed it. She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision.
