"UPDATE: I have modified the rating based on the following. Their Customer Service contacted me and understood what went wrong with the initial service call. Mr Rooter refunded the call out fee. While I cannot judge their plumbing services, I can say that their customer service is great. Very responsive and understanding. Original review: I asked for someone to repair an outdoor spa heater. I spoke with the scheduler and specifically told them this was a Rheem 156 outdoor pool heater. And I was told all the details were in the system. The tech did not know about my requirements, and was not familiar with an outdoor spa heater. Did no tell me anything I did not already know. Wasted $125 call out fee."

"They scheduled promptly, showed up on time, and installed the system in a timely fashion. We had a problem the next day where the heat would not go on (and the weekend was going to be cold)! MEP sent the installer back to our house at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and he discovered that the control board had failed. Russ, the service manager, jumped through some hoops to get a replacement board and he came out Saturday morning to install it personally. We got unlucky with a factory defect, but MEP made it right quickly."

"Called him late Friday that our water supply was going on and off.  He asked if we could hold off till Monday and I told him surely as the water was working, but going.  He called SUNDAY just to make sure we were ok.  Told me a few suggestions to make sure the water stayed on.
Showed up on time and gave me a few options on repair and price.
Completed the job in the rain.
Fantastic attention to running a good business and treating his customers fairly.

"GK Plumbing did a good job with my water heater replacement and installation of sediment filter and replacement of some old water lines from the pressure tank. They worked me in fairly quick, were professional in their service, and got the job done. Happy Customer. Will call GK again when I have another plumbing project."

"I wanted to use a locally owned electrical company, if possible, and was very happy to see the number of very good reviews for Evergreen Electric on Angie's list. I called early in the morning and Evergreen Electric was able to work me into their schedule on the same day which I was very grateful for due to the safety concerns of not having properly working smoke alarms in my house. Thad Sale and his assistant showed up at the appointed time and changed out the six smoke alarms very quickly. They also changed out one I had forgotten about (basement) while they were at my house. Also, Thad Sale gave me an estimate for a potential new electric project which seemed very reasonable. Evergreen was very professional and answered all my questions. The work was done very quickly and I feel much safer having properly working smoke alarms in my house. I would definitely call Evergreen Electric for my next electrical project.
