I liked that they were conscious of green cleaning materials BUT found out day of service that the ingredient list for their cleaning solution was not readily available. You have to call headquarters for full disclosure - not good. I would not recommend this service if you are sensitive to smells. The smell is overwhelming and concerning since so many harmful chemicals are hidden under the ingredient name "fragrance". Two very nice gentlemen showed up. They attempted to put protective cloths down as they sprayed the furniture but neglected to put it down all around and so my carpet was also wet all said and done. The cleaning was good. I have light fabric and 3 lovely children - not a good mix, but they got it mostly clean. The silk chair was a total dud, but when I call the main office they graciously refunded the cost since they made no progress since the dirt was so settled."

"We had to move out at the last minute (3 days), the townhouse we were renting had molds. Part of the lease agreement was to have the carpet shampooed and pet treated. We called Mothers Touch and they provided us with a representative within the hour. They were very professional and understanding to our situation. They gave us an estimate and the next morning they were done. The work was awesome, especially removing all the foot traffic residue during our move and all the pet hairs. The price was much cheaper than the three companies that we called. Needless to say I got all of my deposit back to include the pet deposit. Strongly recommend to everyone."
