My referrals to many of “my customers” would result in a beautiful lawn should they elect to give you and your team members a chance to revitalize their lawns! I will say that I ALWAYS advised any of the customers I referred that “S&O Greenworks can effectively transform a struggling lawn or act as a good steward for a new lawn, IF ONLY the customer will follow the instructions left at the door after each lawn servicing and PROPERLY WATER their St. Augustine lawns adequately!” I would tell them that if they didn’t have a properly functioning sprinkler system, all the efforts of S&O Greenworks would be futile and without proper watering, the customer’s lawn would not change! Whenever I have an area of interest or concern, Trent is quick to assure me that he is “on it” and he takes his job as one of your team members very seriously! He is passionate about his customers and their lawns! During our discussions, it is my opinion that Trent truly believes that “each lawn he services is a direct reflection on his professionalism and is a product of his ongoing education and efforts!” He enjoys and promotes good communication and feedback with his customers as their understanding of the practices and efforts of Trent and his assistant benefit both the customer and the lawn technicians as the lawn grows stronger and healthier. "Our experience with them has been very good. They come once a month and they usually have one gentleman that comes. We have been using them since October. Last month, one of the supervisors came and was able to tell us that we were watering our lawn too much and he showed us what we needed to adjust. Their service has been great so I would recommend them very highly. I want to say that they charge $30 a month but my husband signed up with them so he would be the one that knows exactly what their pricing is. They are very professional and when we first moved into our home, it was a new home and we ended up having an infestation of flies in the garage one morning so we called them and the gentleman that was taking care of our account came to our house within an hour. He went up to the attic and figured out what the problem was and took care of it right away. They are very prompt and dressed well. I just cannot say enough about them. They are great and their responsiveness is outstanding. When the regular appointments happen, he comes and works outside the house or on the perimeter of the house and he leaves a pamphlet on the front door telling us what he did and what chemicals he used. We would definitely continue to use them in the future."
