John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and have already recommended John Scott to some of our friends who have also decided to have John replace their aging roof!"

He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. "Once I made the decision to restore my roof, the crew was out the next day starting the job. I asked them to be careful of my plants around the house, and they took extra care to make sure not to disturb them (I wish my former lawn guy was the same!). The process seemed to go very smooth. The crew did the first stage of cleaning and prepping my roof on the first day, then came back the next day to put on the granules and seal it. "Done in two days instead of the expected three.  The owner was on site at 5am the first day to make sure he could place the trash trailer in place as soon as we left for work, and was very approachable when questioned arose.  Weather delays were the only issue with regard to the crew showing up to do the work, but once they started they kept working until the job was done.  The end result was A BEAUTIFUL roof under which we feel very comfortable.  They even made sure there were no holes to allow squirrel access by blocking any they found.  We will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace and/or repair their roof.
