"This basic roof repair to replace a double layer of old shingles ended up an entire asphalt shingles and 36 sheets of new plywood as the underlying plywood was in disrepair and not up to code. Corey and his crew started at 7 am the morning of November 21st 2022 and completed installation and phenomenal clean up done by 3 that afternoon. Aaron who we spoke to for customer service was very responsive and did everything to make sure the project was set up and completed without issue. It would be much better to have a paper printed contract the day of signing, and it seems as though the sales person who came to do our estimate was not as knowledgeable of processes and the actual process as others. He had promised things that were later mentioned to not be accurate. Overall, however, the experience was positive and we would recommend them for any roofing projects."
