Javier and his crew earlier this year repaired a section of our original hardwood floors that were missing after we remove a pony wall in our home’s living room. They refinished the floors in our living room and the repairs were done so well you cannot tell the original floor boards from the repairs. We were so pleased that we used their services again to refinish the floors in 3 bedrooms. Again some boards were severely damaged and needed replacing and again the repairs were seemless and the floors looked fantastic. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
