"Ken installed my dishwasher. He also installed Subway tile my kitchen i t turned out beautiful. He installed three bathroom lights, three bathroom faucets, and the kitchen faucet and water filter in my kitchen. My air conditioner stopped working he fixed the air conditioner. He put a new cabin air filter in my car. I did not know I had one. Also, he fixed my gas grill and it works very nicely now. He’s on time he gets the job done and I’m very pleased with his work. I would definitely refer him to anyone that wants a job well done. I gave his car to a friend of mine, which is a realtor and she said she’ll definitely use them. It’s very hard to find people that do the job correctly and have pride and what they do and Ken is that kind of person."

"Everyone else I called sent a salesman. Creation Glass repaired my storm door. I would call them again for any window or glass needs for an honest opinion before proceeding with anyone else’s recommendation."

"I called on March 2nd about 6:30 in the evening for an emergency call to reset the garage door because a roller had come off. The guy arrived about 9:50 p.m.  It took him less than 30 minutes which was great.  He told me they needed to come back to complete the job to replace all the rollers and we agreed that Saturday was best and he would let the dispatcher know.  No one contacted me for that Saturday appointment.  I waited a few days and then forgot about it because I was going out of town.  When I got back in town a week later, I called and was given an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on the 17th.  The person setting the appointment told me it was a firm appointment time.   Due to my work schedule, I had a friend come over to my house to give the repairman access to the garage. The repairman didn't show up until NOON.  I called to complain to a manager at the company but was put on hold for so long that I hung up.  I never spoke to a manager.  The cost for this job was $400 which I paid the night of the emergency repair.  I paid by check.  Had I known what the service would be like, I would have paid by credit card so I could contest the charge and the service.  I will not be using this company again.  The work product is good but the punctuality and professionalism for the price speaks volumes. Hence, the poor marks."

"WOW. It went VERY well. I knew what I wanted, and these guys were able to tell me why I couldn't do what I wanted, and then gave me options on what I *could* do based on how my house was built. They very easily could have done exactly what I asked (which I was willing to pay extra for), but it would not have left me with a safe installation. These guys had such integrity, they were incredible. The next time I have equipment I need to have installed or mounted, I will go right to them. OH and the quality of the work was INCREDIBLE. Super, super happy with them!"

"I was very impressed with GDW, from contact to completion they were accessible at all time. I received a call as a reminder of the work scheduled, on the day of service they were timely, began work at the schedule agreed time. If anything changed other than what we discussed I was notified in advance of these issues or concerns. However these concerns never arose and my job went off without a hitch. Mr Hunt was a great source of contact and knowledge I'm so glad that I chose the Garage Door Whispers to replace my garage door. I recommend them highly, I rarely, rarely hand out five stars because I always say there's room for improvement this time I broke my own rule."

"This small company’s impressive that within a couple hrs we were able to keep it moving... thanks to them for swiftly opening our erroneously locked bathroom door, plus they made us two keys on the spot! They are a bit pricy $$... but as saying goes “U git’ what U pay for!” Thx again TL&S... K.R.McMillan-Evans, houston"
