"Mr. Thomas Williamson and his team worked diligently and went above and beyond to help me to do the needed repairs to my home. The repairs and maintenance include flat roof repair and recoat to protect foam underneath. His team also found wood rot facia board and to check all the boards at the front of my home had to remove accent tiles above to access. In so doing, found three places of leakage not yet evident. These were repaired and subsequently sealed to prevent any further damage. The tiles then had to be replaced and due to being previously painted over by the HOA had to be touched up to look exactly as before. Mr. Williams went more than the extra mile to find the wood exactly as what was used originally to replace for the fascia board in the repair. In addition he sought out to find the original type of tiles used in the construction of my home to replace tiles that did not survive in the process. The wood and the tiles no longer produced, he found them! Awesome job!"

"We are very happy with JFW Roofing Jason for the work they did replacing our old roof. We selected them based on a friend recommendation who hired them to replace their roof. Jason was very responsive and answered all our questions and concerns. We got on the schedule earlier than expected. The workers did a quality job despite working in 100 degrees weather, ensured the roof had straight lines and even fixed problems in the attic caused by previous roofers we hired for repairs after Harvey. They didn’t rush to finish and I appreciated the cleaning during the work and at the end, including sweeping for loose nails in our backyard to protect our dogs. I worked with few roofing contractors in the past 4 years trying to get approval from insurance and hire them to replace the roof. Out of the three bids I got TX elite was A bit pricier than the other two companies but not by much.. problem was an unpredictable leak in three places in one bathroom.. after years of unsuccessfully searching in the attic for where the water was coming in I finally found it. TX elite presented their estimate very professionally-clearly detailing the work & the cost. Sergio who came to the house and put the estimate together was great to work with..... knowledgeable professional and friendly. He pointed out several places on the roof that needed some preventive maintenance considering the age of the roof. There were a couple of issues in the estimate I was not satisfied with so Sergio conference called his boss Ignacio who listened to my concerns and addressed them to my satisfaction. They were prompt showing up when they said they would and completing the job when they said they would. Overall, I think these guys are hard-working and honest people. They told me at the beginning that the new shingles would not match perfectly the old shingles-but man theyâ re not even close. That being said I would still not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends."
