They encapsulated our large crawl space, treated wood for mold, installed a sump pump, filled multiple cracks in our foundation, added two drainage systems to the exterior of our house and even cleared out the original drainage pipes in our retaining wall. It was a lot of work and I couldn't be happier that we decided to go with General Waterproofing. We had several quotes from other companies, some much more expensive, but Josh was the only one that actually discovered WHY we had water in our crawlspace and created a plan to tackle that problem. There was never a time when I had to worry if the job was being done the way it should be. There was a section of roofing on the back of the house that was done by an armature at best that caused a lot of wood rot. The foreman of the job showed me how it could be repaired and saved me over $1500 on the job.
