"Rebuilt deck and added a roof over it...not only is it completely maintenance free, but it looks like it was actually a part of the house forever...amazing. Then inside the house all new waterproof vinyl flooring in first floor of the house, and pantry was gutted, a new wider door was installed, a ceiling light and switch was installed and a laundry center was installed with new shelving...all done including even painting and staining.
