I advised Jessie what the problem was with mine and my tenants roof and I ask him what he thought it would take to repair both sides. He had quoted me a price, but after his assistant had looked at what was needed, he was upfront and advised that it would be more and gave me a bottom line price which I thought was reasonable and fair. Jessie's assistant came and completed the project in one day and I was pleased with the finished product. Thanks Jessie, I will refer and use your services again in the future."

I thought that coupon was to determine whether or not there was still a leak and how to fix it but he just generally took a look at the wall and said he'd fix the damage which is okay but I was looking for a company that was going to tell me why it happened so that I could fix why it happened, no point in fixing the damage until I fixed a problem.
