"He was supposed to be here at a certain time on Saturday morning and I had to call him when he didn't show up after two hours. He came up with some excuse that it was family related or something. He came out and he won't give me a price and I'm broke so I need to know. He kept saying, how much would you expect for $200. Well, I want to pay $75 to get my yard fixed. I did have other work but I was wanting an estimate. He just kept twisting all that cost around. So I finally wrote him out a check for $75. He did do extra, not the five main things, but the extra work and he did do a good job. He kept standing around like I owed him more money but I didn't have it and I did not agree to that other work. He kept me hanging in the air over money and I never did get a firm price for services. He did do a good job on my shrubbery and I probably do need to send him some more money, but I really do not know how to rate him. Overall I would rate him B. For what I paid for he did really well, but I did not like him dangling the price. I kept asking him for a price, what is it going to cost, a $100, $50. I could not get a price from him. "

"the work was ok overall, if they weren't rushing so much, i think it would have come out better. they got most of the driveway done correctly, there were some areas that the asphalt is still loose and gravely. they did, however, throw some of the old asphalt chunks on to my lawn and did not clean them up. due to the driveway being still hot, i did not notice that they had left trash in my yard until the next day. the worst and unacceptable thing is that they left an ENORMOUS stain in the street in front of my house. when i noticed it (after i paid) i asked them to clean it up, they did not. i have had 3 pressure washers try to clean it up with no success. my neighbors are not pleased with me. it is large black tar stain and it is an eyesore I have called several times and no one has taken or returned my calls"
