"From the initial consultation with Scott Brennan to the installation of the final lockset with Pete, the general process was relatively smooth. We love our new entryway door and cannot thank Pete enough for realigning our back patio door. The ease with which we can now open and close all of these doors is miles beyond the aggravation of trying to close a misaligned door. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low.
