"The first reason we would highly recommend Green Studio Builders is the reason we selected them in the first place from a pool of candidate contractors: They listened to us. We appreciated that they were willing to work with our vision rather than trying to upend our ideas. GSB is a design build firm, but we found them surprisingly flexible compared with several architect-contractors we interviewed. The second reason we would recommend GSB is that they finished our project on time and on budget, even though the bulk of the construction took place during the course of the pandemic. They hit their targets even though they were forced to work, unexpectedly, with our family in the house and under foot the whole time. "Manny was very quick to respond. He stayed in contact with me during the week to ensure I understood what I was paying for and he wanted to ensure he understood what I was requesting. Communication was key for me because it showed he valued me as a customer and he wanted to do the job. The painters were right on time at 8:00 and did exactly what was needed. I needed 2 bedrooms painted and had some patchwork needed from shelving that was on the wall and a black design on a wall that needed covering up. While I wouldn’t say the job was perfect (there is some paint on the ceiling and baseboards, which I wish wasn’t there. I like even painting without smudges or runoffs from the edges) I’m not nitpicking. There was some cleanup left behind for me, but very minor. Very professional and nice and I’m glad I called! Will probably use again. I have 2 bathrooms and a bedroom next on the list."

"I consulted Paul Parsoneault when I discovered trusses had been cut by the roofing company I hired to install skylights in our home. The roofing company insisted that our roof was fine but after speaking with Paul, we realized that building codes had been violated leaving our roof structurally unstable. For more than a year and a half, he helped us successfully negotiate with the roofing company to get them to repair our roof and cover all necessary expenses related to the repair. During this time he oversaw every detail of the process, which included assisting us with an MHIC complaint, reviewing their design drawings to build custom trusses, reviewing their design drawings to repair roof structure, writing up a thorough contract to protect us, consulting with local building authorities, and attending our preconstruction meeting. Not only is he an exceptional engineer with an impressive resume, but he is also very knowledgeable with the laws and acted like a lawyer on our behalf to get the roofing company to repair our roof. His persistence to get things done right was admirable. He was a godsend to us. Without Paul's guidance, I don't think the roofing company would have properly repaired the damage they did to our roof."
