I thought he provided a fair estimate based on the amount of preparation required to get my house ready to paint. It required scraping of old paint, sanding, priming, and apply 2 coats of paint and ended up taking 3-4 days total. He clearly explained how he planned to fix it and the time frame and gave me a very reasonable quote. He did a fabulous job spraying anti-mold spray, then patching the hole and another visible seam. Finally, he painted the ceiling. His work compared to other contractors I had for the same job in the past was more clean, solid and efficient.
