"From beginning to end it went really well. Greg is a walking encyclopedia of trees and good practical advice on how to manage them. His proposal was clearly written and lower than two other firms. The crew was right on time, wasted no time getting set up and taking the tree down, and removed a large limb from another tree that fell while they were working on the dead tree. They climbed up about 50 feet in a twin trunk tree and installed a cable between the twins to help stabilize the lesser twin. Very pleased with them, enough to recommend them to my neighbor who also used them for a dead tree in their front yard."

"They were quick to respond and performed the work within a week, However, that is the only nice thing I have to say. Scheduling was a bit odd (texting on Monday morning asking to come over with no notice--which I was unable to do--and then the next day cancelling at the last minute after I took time off from work to meet them). When they actually performed the work, they left a giant tree limb in my backyard, which I now somehow have to dispose of, and huge gouges in my front lawn (looks like their truck took a joy ride, despite my having more than ample driveway space). They assured me the lawn would "puff back up" when it rained, but of course it didn't, because that is not a thing. Instead, now I have nice lakes in my yard that should make for excellent mosquito feeding grounds in a few months. They promised to "send someone out" to look at the damage, but of course they didn't do that either. So in addition to paying (way too much) for tree trimming and removal, I get to pay to repair my lawn and figure out how to remove this tree limb from my yard."

Changed the entire facade of the house (the neighbors will be happy!). Especially noteworthy is that they came out in the big snow - much appreciated & that prevented even more damage under the weight. Why wait until spring? Get it done now and they will come right out to give an estimate and then return to do the actual work. Family-run and very easy to communicate with - they don't disappear - and they do a very professional job! A real gem in the DC & MD area...."

"This was initially a one-day job that became two due to the necessity of tree climbing at times, instead of bucket-truck usage. The Outcome: What a difference! Since the completion of the work, there have been several days/nights with very, very strong winds. However, due to the company's detailed pruning, there was very, very little yard debris for me to collect. Melvin responded in person to my emergency call after the recent tornado (microburst) in Olney took out six of the large, old trees in my yard.
