"I called on Monday afternoon and he returned my call the same evening.  We set up an appointment for 1:00 on Wednesday and he arrived right on time.  We walked through the house and I showed him all the places that needed stretching (at least 6) and he said it should be $200 and began the job right away.  He moved some big furniture to make it happen while I worked ahead of him to get the little things out of the way.  He was done by 2:45 and our carpet looks decent again!  Kind and professional with no problems at all!

"Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."

"Our realtor recommended Floor Coverings Int'l as a company that could provide quick and reliable service for replacing old carpet in the home we were selling. Tony came to our home, showed us several options in several price ranges, did not try to push us too hard towards the pricier options (we were just looking for basic carpet), and gave good advice on color coordination with our walls and existing other floors. We ended up getting a quote for similar work (though without the range of options for carpet) from a Big Box Home Improvement Store, and Tony matched the price (~$300 less). We were able to schedule the work quite quickly (just before Thanksgiving, so not a really easy time of year), and the installer was very competent. The installer was quite good and the whole house was done quickly. They worked around a handyman who was doing some work in one of the bedrooms. They also sealed up a cracking linoleum seam in the kitchen as part of the deal."

Dale, who performed the work knew exactly what he was doing, he was quality oriented from start to finish. The work was completed on 4 October, I held off writing this feedback in hopes we would have a couple of extreme downpours so I could verify the basement would not leak. Q guaranteed the basement would not leak again, or they would come out and fix it. The cost of this job was reasonable and I was able to use the discount coupon. "I lived in the house while the seven weeks of work were progressing.  Not once was I embarrassed by the workers or worried about security.  They were all friendly, competent, and professional.  When they said they'd do something or be there, they were.  A number of items that needed repair became clear during the time, and it was clear when we had to add items to the worklist.  I purchased many of the items when the crew told me it would be cheaper if I did it myself, but most of the time the materials were all handled by the crew.  Each day they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving for the evening, something that I came to really value!  When mistakes happened, Tom, the crew boss, never got upset but simply got about making things right.  As a result, I never felt threatened about pointing out things that I wanted or thought needed improvement on.  Every few weeks Bob brought a new invoice for the work done and materials purchased so far, so we never paid ahead.  Furthermore, we were assured that the price would never overrun the contract we signed, and that is how it turned out.  We had added new jobs along the way, which added cost, but items that we had bought ourselves that had been specified in the contract were removed from the invoices, so we never felt cheated or double-billed.  Finally, it was wonderful to have Nancy cleaning mirrors, sinks, toilets, floors, windows, counters, and drawers throughout.  When my wife finally arrived at the end, she did not have days and days of cleaning to do before we could even get to our boxes.  Friendly, honest, competent workers: it was a joy to work with the F/X crew.  We have already gotten on their list for more items that we didn't have in the contract, so we look forward to having F/X to our place again!"

"Jack has provided Landscape service to me for the past 15 or so months.  His crew has done a great job for the most part, and those crew members who do not live up to expectations are usually not around very long.  Unlike many companies, they have a supervisor/foreman that either travels with the crew or behind the crew, checking up on work and leaving a checklist on your door after the work is complete.  I believe that this adds to the overall quality control.

They will be reseeding my back lawn this week, and doing moss/weed control in the front.  I'm expecting great results.
