"The Vitex team headed up by Jason Levin was in a word outstanding.  It was a collaborative effort with the builder and their knowledge of state of the art equipment and software was exceptional.  In a project the size of mine there are the inevitable hiccups however Vitex's ability to understand the issue, send the appropriate technician and modify or correct the issue exceeded my expectations.  Another important note, they were more than happy to work with customer supplied equipment as well as equipment they supplied. From my perspective, Vitex is the only vendor for high end state of the art installations."

"After years and years of dealing with an overloaded 15 amp breaker, I had Bill come over and put a dedicated circuit in for my washer machine. He's been in the business for many years and knows it very well. He had everything he needed for the job and was done quicker than I thought he would be. I will definatley use him for hooking up a whole house generator that I plan on getting soon. <br />"

"This is my second time hiring BBB. Previously, they did over my bathroom & buoy a new one in the basement. This time I had a leaky skylight in the closed in breezeway that has been leaking for quite some time & causing a fair amount of damage. I contacted BBB & got an estimate with work started & completed within two weeks. They gave me a very detailed estimate with a time table on what was going to happen & when. When the job before mind ran late, I got two notices that work would begin a day late. They crew did a fabulous job with new skylights & ceiling that look great. The roof looks like the windows were magically put in with no change to the roof. The crew was courteous, timely & very professional. BBB is my go to for any repair/construction work I need. Would not hesitate to recommend them! Anne M"

"It went really well. We moved into this 90 year old house about a year ago. The house we moved from for built for us, so it was brand new and all up to code. This house is not. There were a lot of electrical things that needed attention the day we moved in, but I've been procrastinating. Some of them were simple (for an electrician) like installing a light switch. Others definitely required the services of a professional like the new circuit and surge protector. And one (the show-me-how-to-use-the-generator-hook-up thing) just required a conversation with someone who knew what they were talking about. Tony fit the bill on all three accounts. <br /> He was very responsive from the time we first contacted him, to giving us a quote, to scheduling the work, to completing the work. We was courteous, well-spoken, professional, and personable (he got my shy 2-year-old to give him a high five). He got the work done within the window he estimated, which was important to us because my wife had to work that night. Not only was he patient with me and my numerous questions about the new circuit and switches, but he also anticipated many of my questions about the generator and brought to my attention a bunch of things that I never would have even thought to ask. He noticed that the existing external hook-up for the generator for non-standard and made sure we were prepared for a black out by helping me actually connect the generator, power it up, switch from the main panel to the generator panel and seeing exactly which circuits are connected to the generator's panel - going so far as to run the water and make sure that the well pump would turn on. I actually feel like I'm ready for a blackout. Tony was a big help!"

"Two men arrived on time and after a review of the services to be performed they began to setup. They made sure all the doorway edges were protected from dragging the hoses through. They started appropriately in the furthest rooms and worked back to the entrance so as not to walk across the cleaned areas. It is a simple thing but a lot of "cleaners" forget this. All reasonably sized furniture was moved, cleaned under and placed back in position on styrofoam blocks. The Styrofoam blocks are another plus for Sears over teh competition since it raises the furniture and allows air flow under skirted coaches. Other vendors simply use a piece of plastic sheet about 2"x2" and the furniture sinks back into the carpet. After cleaing the upstairs rooms they procceeded to the downstairs to clean the are rugs. The entire time they where not standing on the rugs themselves they were standing on towels to ensure the steam, dmapness or chemicals would not mar the hardwoods they were standing on."
