I had a delay in when the fence could be installed and they were so accommodating to MY change of schedule. Craftsmanship is outstanding! "After several estimates for a driveway gate with automatic opener, I went with American because they could provide me what I needed, a solid wooden driveway gate instead of the standard aluminum other companies proposed. And I am so glad. They actually make the gate themselves so weren't bound by what was out there. From start to finish, they communicated with me and when the work actually started the guy doing it called me, introduced himself, gave me his cell number and told me was starting work by taking down the existing gate and putting in the steel posts. I told him I appreciated the heads up since I'd need to board my large dogs. He said no need to to that, he'd put up a temporary gate. I appreciated it but thought, I'd better make arrangements anyway since it would probably be the mesh type stuff my dogs could bust through or jump with ease. I got home and found hard wire fencing stapled to either side of the fence opening and six feet high. Totally secure. Did anyone really provide customer service like this anymore? Well they do at American Fence and Gate. For the next 3 days, my gate guy Ray, took down that fence, did his work and put it back up when he left, until the wood was installed on the steel frame and the job was completed. He even put my garbage can back inside the temporary fencing for me since I'd had to haul it through the house to be left out on the curb that morning. I had given up hope of ever dealing with people like this, but Milton, Eunice and Ray put their customers first. Restored my faith. Thank You."

"We are very pleased with this company.  Mark called about a week before our scheduled service date and said they were in the area and had time to come out that day if it was okay.  Of course I said yes and they got here not long after.  Mark was very friendly and professional. They did a very nice job on the new section of fence they added for us, and inspected repaired several loose boards.  (We had purchased a Deal for 4-hours of fence maintenance/repair for $99.)  We are considering enlarging our privacy fence to enclose our side yard and we will definitely use this company again. <br />"

"Chaz and Sheila were wonderful. Chaz is honest and doesn't take on a job that he cannot safely perform to a high quality. After reviewing my list of requests, Chaz and Sheila performed research to find the best options for my situation. Chaz could not do the garage header as it was a 2 man job, but he was so helpful providing other options. I completely appreciate Chaz for not taking a job he couldn't complete well. Chaz and Sheila were always responsive and punctual. Chaz hung 3 sets of new shutters for me, he removed an old squirrel baffle and installed a new replacement, and he repaired wood rot on an exterior door. Chaz and Sheila also gave me estimates on replacing my front porch columns and rails due to wood rot. I didn't have that job done at this time but will look at those options in the future. I love that Chaz prays with his clients before he starts work. Chaz and Sheila deliver high quality handyman work at a great price. I will definitely be calling on Chaz again."

"They did an excellent job removing the old sections of post and concrete that would have been a real pain for us to get out.  They fixed ups few slats that were damaged when it fell; and it is better than new.  Mark told us that their supplier had received a bad shipment back when they were building our fence.  Based upon this and the short time that had passed, they did all that work for no charge.  Thanks to Mark and Pro-Line for standing up for their work and making the best of a bad situation for us."

"Mauricio and his team were amazing. I needed a new deck for my above ground pool. He came out on a Saturday afternoon to look at my property and to give me a quote. Sunday morning his team was at my house bright and early. They got the job done the same day. The final product was exactly what I wanted and was expertly done. His team cleaned up the area and left it just as they found it. They saw I had a couple damaged panels on my gate and on their way out they replaced them for me. Which was not part of the job. Excellent customer service and great work. If I need anything wood related done in the future, I will definitely give Framers4Life a call again."
