"I had never met Trent before this job. I selected him because he came off as honest, he was local and seemed to be raised right and promised he would not stop until I was happy. He did not disappoint Trent was awesome to work with and his pricing was fair. He excavated for a llarge pool and stayed within level range throughout . Will call him for landscaping around the pool and and hillside excavation in a month. Highly recommended"

"Overall I was very pleased with both the results and the whole process, from start to finish.
I first contacted Jason Licsko through Angie's List on 5/1/2012, and he promptly replied the next day. We made arrangements for him to come out and look at the job on 5/5. He emailed back with his estimate of $2500 and 3 days on 5/8. He was ready to start earlier, but my wife and I wanted to be home when the work was being done, so we arranged for a start date of 5/29 right after Memorial Day. Jason had another complicated job that ran long, and he promptly let us know that he would have to reschedule our job because of it. We rescheduled the start date for 6/14 at 8:00 am.
About 8:00 am on 6/14 Jason called ahead to let us know that they were running behind due to a flat tire on the loader and would be there at 9:00 am. Jason and his crew arrived at our house promptly on 6/14 at 9:00 am. They were very professional and friendly. The started with demolition of the deck, which went very smoothly, in spite of having to remove a bee's nest. The second day started with the demolition of the pool. Jason figured out a way to break up the concrete with the loader that did not involve bringing in a bunch of noisy jackhammers and was very efficient. They completed work on the pool demo the following morning. The excavation and grading was completed by the end of the 3rd day. Jason noticed that we had Bermuda grass, and made sure that the rhisomes from the Bermuda grass that had been dug up were distributed throughout the top layer of soil and that these would grow and fill in once they received water. They completed their work for the day by cleaning up and removing the debris that we had asked them to haul away.
Initially, Jason was unable to complete the tree limb removal portion of the work as we had some poison ivy growing on the tree's trunk. When he was preparing to leave, we discussed this and he also mentioned that there was more debris to haul away from the pool and deck demo than he originally thought, although he was going to leave the price at $2,500. I offered to pay another $250 up front to offset the extra expense and to have him come back and do the tree limb removal. He agreed to this, and he came back on 6/23 to spray the Poison Ivy with Roundup, and then we waited for the poison ivy to die. I let him know when that had happened, and he came back on 7/25 to do the tree limb removal.
We were very impressed with the results of the work that he did for us and the attention to detail. The Bermuda grass is filling in nicely just as he said it would, and the yard looks great. Jason was very easy to work with, was responsive and punctual, and always let us know what was going on and when there might be delays or potential problems. We also had looked at some pictures of his work on other jobs and discussed potential future work that we might have done. We were impressed with the aesthetics of the work that he showed us in the pictures. We would definitely consider having him come back to do other work for us in the future."

"Jeff from RaiseCrete from Foundation Repair Pressure Grouting came to the condo as scheduled and did a thorough examination of the problems both inside and out. It was determined that the foundation had cracked and needed to be reinforced. They had to remove a portion of the deck covering the area on the slope in order to hand excavate down to the existing footer and 18 inches beyond that to determine the number of and length of Stabi-Loc push piles needed. These were ordered and installed. Then engineered footer mounts were mounted to existing footers and the foundation was raised back as close to original elevation as possible to stabilize. The excavated areas were filled in and compacted down. The deck portion that was removed was replaced. Also Geo-tile was installed on the slope under the deck and extensions were installed on the gutter downspouts in that area to help with erosion control on the slope. The cracks on the exterior brick were repaired as were the cracks in the interior wall sheet rock. The work was done as scheduled and in a timely matter. The work area was cleaned up very well. Two other estimates were gotten. Raise Crete's price was in the middle of the other two quotes but included more services that would have been needed. Both the condo owner and the HOA were very satisfied with the results and would use Raise Crete again."

"Honest Improvements took an outdated 1987 bathroom and created a stunning up-to-date bathroom! The process was literally a floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall complete redo. The process went exceptionally well, and we are extremely pleased with the final result - we highly recommend Jackie and his team."

"We had 4 very large planter areas that were in desperate need of a refresh. Gage responded quickly to our request for an estimate and was very helpful in pointing out multiple options. This alone helped us decide to replace the existing mulch with much nicer landscaping stone at a very slight increase. We would have never known this option was affordable. He also communicated a realistic timeline on when he could get our project completed and finished on time. They actually had a crew working half a day on the 4th of July to complete our project quickly, as promised. This was voluntary on their part, not something we requested. Most importantly the job turned out perfect. Looks amazing. So much so that we are planning to have them come back to do a couple more projects. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Great work. Great price. Exceptional customer service."
