"Chaz and Sheila were wonderful. Chaz is honest and doesn't take on a job that he cannot safely perform to a high quality. After reviewing my list of requests, Chaz and Sheila performed research to find the best options for my situation. Chaz could not do the garage header as it was a 2 man job, but he was so helpful providing other options. I completely appreciate Chaz for not taking a job he couldn't complete well. Chaz and Sheila were always responsive and punctual. Chaz hung 3 sets of new shutters for me, he removed an old squirrel baffle and installed a new replacement, and he repaired wood rot on an exterior door. Chaz and Sheila also gave me estimates on replacing my front porch columns and rails due to wood rot. I didn't have that job done at this time but will look at those options in the future. "Steve was a pleasure to have in our house because he is polite and respectful. He is has a vast amount of knowledge from his many years experience in the field, and he strives for excellence. If there's any underlying problems he will fix them, he does not cover over any that could be problematic in the future, and he pays special attention to detail. Steve remodeled our whole bathroom; he started with the ceiling, then patched and painting the walls, replaced the sub floor and plumbing, and he finished by laying down a new ceramic tile floor and vanity, the end result is a beautiful new a bathroom from ceiling to floor. "Due to the extreme cold we had a main line break underground. We discovered the leak on a Sunday, and called Steele Services. I had planned to be in line for Monday since it was late on a Sunday and bitterly cold. Instead he drove over to make sure it was something that could last overnight and cut off the water supply to the area. The next day was cold, windy, and raining. They made it back out to fix everything promptly despite the weather. They work promptly and efficiently. "We recently moved to Burns TN from AL and needed to have some work done to make improvements to our new house we wanted. the work we decided to do first was install a storm door, ceramic tile for kitchen floor, install shelving in the garage  and fix a loose kitchen sink. i contacted 2 handyman services for estimates. the first came to look over the jobs and never called back as he promised to do. Tyler Lebens came to the house and went over the projects and within a week emailed me his quote. after researching the company we chose to hire Mr lebens to do the work. <br /> He first installed the shelving which was custom sized to fit in what had been an area of dead space behind soem steps. He built the shelves as i asked and they were  well built and finished with paint & caulking. Since Mr Lebens does all the work himself, we had to work around his availability for the floor tile with his other jobs which was not a problem for us. <br /> Two weeks later he returned with his daughter assisting and installed the ceramic tile floor in the kitchen. they did an excellent job very thourough and detail oriented work. Next he installed a storm door to our front door frame. the frame was not deep enough and he had to design additional framing to accomodate the door. when he was done you could never tell the door was not part of the structure,. my only disappointment was the handle was installed in reverse so you have to pull up to open the door. he explained that was due to the way he had to hang it im not knowleldeable enough to know if that is true or not but the door works fine otherwise. We are very pleased with the quality of his work and would certainly use his services again. <br /> UPDATE: Mr Lebens made a followup contact with us on his own initiative to resolve the door handle question. He called the company that we bought the door from and they directed him on how to make the handle work properly. Mr Lebens came out and changed the way the handle works to our satisfaction and at no additional charge. We appreciated his efforts and his initiative to take care of this. <br /> <br />"

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
