"Ambiance Landscape arrived promptly (7:30am) on the morning they began work. This is my third french drain I have had Ambiance install for me. They hand dug the sod due to sprinkler lines. Installed the french drain and relaid the sod. Did a very good job. <br /> <br /> Next they set up a very old, antique, stone fountain which consisted of 3 pieces. Ambiance dug out a rose bush and other vegetation in order to place the fountain in the corner of my backyard. They set the fountain on stepping stone and made sure it was balanced correctly. Since I did not want to hook it up as a fountain, they drilled holes in the large area where the water would collect for me to use as a place to plant ivy, etc. <br /> <br /> Adjusted my sprinkler heads; set time for sprinkler to turn on and set length of time each zone should run. <br /> <br /> I have used Ambiance Landscape for many, many years and have always been very pleased with their professionalism and willingness to help me in all aspects of my projects."

"Working with Mr. Benton and his team was a pleasure. Mr. Benton kept me informed, worked with us on the best start date and arrived when promised. Their workmanship was excellent and their concern for working with the customer extended to doing some work that went above and beyond what was agreed to. Specifically, we had a drainage issue onto the patio caused by a humped area. Mr. Benton graded that area -- eliminating the drainage problem -- at no extra cost. For the larger slab he had to design forms that curved around the corner of the house and a crepe myrtle. He did so, and so well that  my neighbors have commented on how good the area looks with the curve around the corner of the house.  <br /> Two months on we find the slabs look great, drain properly and have improved our property. Our experience with him was excellent and I gladly give Mr. Benton my highest recommendation -- I'd hire him any time. <br />"

"Will Schoggen's pleasant and efficient crew under his direction removed the remaining mulch and dug deeply down into the dirt below the walkways through our parterre garden, spreading the soil into some eroded areas in the back of our yard at our request. After installing a heavy liner to discourage weeds, they filled the walkways with several inches of pea gravel which is contained by river rock already bordering the beds. They placed flagstone stepping stones through the paths for easy walking at distances comfortable for my stride. We have been so pleased with the look of the pathways and the advantage of pea gravel over hardwood mulch in staying in place when we get those torrential rainstorms. <br />"
