"We contacted Landscapes by Terra probly back in January 2019 along with 5 or 6 other contractors we found to give us bids on a paver patio project we were very curious about having quoted and designed based on some of what we had already came up with. After meeting with all of our contractors we had narrowed it down to three, Terra being one of them. My wife being as thorough as she is made up questions and checklist etc (ask Ben) to grade the contractors on. Some were simple things like being punctual, to knowledgeable and passionate about our plans. Ben was hitting on all cylinders. Of course I had my reservations about Ben being he is in sales/design but he went out of his way to accommodate our schedule Saturdays, nights, text, calls, meeting at the paver yard etc. Ultimately his design I think is what really won our decision to go with Terra. With that being said Terra offers a whooping 10 year warranty and this was a massive project and rightly expensive project. When we compared what we was getting with the warranty it was a easy choice. So we signed a contract with Terra. Terra offers many financing options which was nice to have some options though we ultimately went with an equity line. So Seth our project manager which we had known by name from Ben was equally knowledgeable and responsive. Any issues/questions we had, I now had 2 solid guys I could contact and was immediately taken care. Well it only gets better Francesco was our Forman and his help was Carlos. Now these two I mean I can't EXPRESS enough the attention to detail and care they took at every step. Simple things that often go unnoticed I took note of. Professional hard working great guys! "Friebel reviewed our needs and made some good recommendations for a paver stone walkway, and our new landscape wall using eddington stone and charcoal caps, which became a theme for our new front path and rear patio, landing, and steps off the deck. Friebel's quote were professionally prepared, and were very reasonable (compared to other larger commercial landscapers). The work was efficient and well-timed, as we had numerous other projects going on at the same time."

"Robert at Artium replaced a ceiling light for us. The old light was at least 50 years old and had been installed incorrectly. Robert explained what he had to do, took the old light down, repaired the insulation on a couple of the old wires and installed the light correctly. He is very friendly and courteous. The work was done when promised and his rate is very reasonable, probably on the low end. We will use him on our next electrical projects."

"It took a few weeks to get this work scheduled but we finally got it done. The crew came out and quickly removed 4 bushes with stumps/roots, removed all debris and added new top soil to level off the area. I'm now looking to get a quote to build a porch!!"

"Douglass and his team were hired to install a privacy fence, sod and pavers in our backyard this spring. Overall, we had a relatively good experience with MPG. The timing of the job was a bit unique in that it began in March, but the weather was not cooperative for most of the month. This led to delays in installation of the fence and the ability to have sod cut from the farms. The biggest critique I have with Douglass and team is their communication. We often had no idea when they would be working and I was generally the one who had to initiate the contact with him to get status updates. It was almost as if he would only contact me if he had good news (i.e. no delays in getting sod, coming out to the job, etc.). Regardless, the finished product was exactly what we were looking for (photo attached) and we appreciated the hard work Douglass and team put in to finish the job. We were especially please with the fence and gate they installed. Fast forward to a month later and we had several spots in our sod that are dead (photo attached). This is after watering our grass often and following the instructions MPG provided. I contacted Douglass solely to solicit advice on how to remedy the situation and try and revive our dead spots. He initially took a week to respond and then said he would come out and take a look. Now we are nearly a month after his response to me and he has not come by to see the lawn nor has he responded to any of my follow ups. As our main goal was to get a sustainable lawn, this has been extremely disappointing. I understand it is up to the owner to sustain care for their lawn, but when you believe you are following instructions provided and taking necessary steps to care for your lawn, I was hoping I could get some additional help from MPG."

"My wife and I recently had Ventura Brothers Landscaping do some landscaping work at our house (removal of 6 boxwood bushes, grinding an existing tree stump, removing and grading an existing portion of the mulch bed area, and reforming the new mulch bed area). Jose was easy to get a hold off and scheduled a time for an estimate later that week. After meeting with him and explaining what we needed done, we scheduled with Jose to have the work done a week later. Jose and his family showed up on time, when expected, and worked very diligently in getting the job done. My wife and I were very pleased with their work. Afterwards, we discussed with Jose possible additional landscaping work to be done at our house in the future. We will definitely use Ventura Brothers Landscaping again at that time."
