There are always unknowns and sometimes surprises. Johnny was very fair and upfront on potential unknowns and we discussed a plan to work through them. If they make a mistake on the project, they made it right... no question. If I wanted to make a change, they did it. If there was a cost impact to the project from my change we talked about it, got a price on it and moved ahead. They were always very accommodating and helpful with ideas. "The project went exceptionally well. Great attention to understanding not only what I wanted, but with the job required. They made sure they understood what my extended patio was going to be used for so that they use the correct materials to handle the weight of the swim spa that I was planning on installing. Every step of the way was explained to me and they continuously checked in to make sure that I understood and was happy. I’m very happy with project.
