The first company I contacted could not respond until the next day and fearing further damage, I contacted the next contractor on the list and I'm sure glad I did. I spoke to the owner of Country Wide Builders "Tommy" directly and after hearing my situation and desperation, responded within 1 1/2 hour placing a tarp over the damaged area while it was very windy and raining. While Tommy and John were here I ask for a quote for repairs, As it turned out we needed a complete roof replacement. Tommy gave us an extremely reasonable quote and had the job scheduled to be completed within a week. They helped me dealing with my insurance company taking some of the pressure off of us and walked us through the entire process keeping us abreast of every step. On the day of the repairs, the crew was here at 7am and worked diligently throughout the day completing the job around 4 pm.
