"The epoxy is holding up as Jay said it would,  nothing has phased it, washes up easily and looks great.  The job took a number of days due to the complexity of the epoxy and color flakes and clear coat.  All looked good except the baseboard was scratched completely around the garage from the sander due to his inexperience helper.   Jay wanted to make things right and send a painter our but I said it was OK it's only a garage and probably will see more bruising. <br>"

"I called JD Tile and asked if I could obtain an estimate for having the tile replaced in our kitchen. There was a crack in our old tile floor due to settlement which ran almost entirely across the room. There were also some chips in the old tile in various places. Jon scheduled an appointment quickly and showed up on time on the agreed upon date. Jon explained what could be done about the settlement crack and what all would be entailed about removing the old tile and replacing it with new tile. It is a labor intensive, time consuming and messy process. Jon provided an estimate, which was less than what other contractors had bid for the job. Jon was patient with us as we took our time finding the tile we wanted in the kitchen. Once we found the tile we negotiated dates to have this done. Jon and his crew showed up on the agreed date and got right to work. The whole process took about a week. I'm not a tile expert but my son-in-law used to do tile work and he was impressed with how level the floor was. He said it was, in his estimation, a good job. We did have an issue with getting some epoxy off of a few of the tiles but Jon worked at this until we were satisfied with the final product. Jon is willing to do what it takes to satisfy the customer. If need be he would have replaced some tiles, but that was not necessary. I would recommend JD Tile to anyone who requires tile work. Jon is responsive, communicative, reliable and dedicated to making his customers happy."
