"Good things happen. I was fortunate to find the Braun General Contracting company after a search to find some one to coat my porch roof. William Braun came gave me an estimate after climbing up on the roof. He also noted that there were also loose roof vents. He took pictures of the roof to be coated and loose vents. When he pointed the loose vents out to me in the picture I could see their loose nature from the ground. He provided me with a detailed quote that included the name of the material to be applied to the roof and what he would do to secure the vents. The quote made sense to me. He came and did a very professional job just as he said he would. I highly recommend looking up information about Braun General Contracting and if you need the type of work they do contact them. You will be pleasantly educated by William."

"Choosing Home Genius to install our new roof was a great decision! From the Salesman Andrew to the Project Managers Ambrose & Joe, the process was thorough & professional. Everyone at the company made us feel comfortable knowing the product & install was top notch. Thankyou for recognizing my husband's service in the Navy... it was really appreciated!"

"Outstanding. Alexander Shaw was communicative and honest in all phases of the project. Shaw did significantly more work than roof sealant including roof repair, intricate woodwork repair, difficult and intricate catwalk and window painting. We were extremely pleased with his work and professionalism. I would gladly recommend them"

"Very easy to work with. End result will be great. Just needs to be sealed. Waiting for non rainy day."

"We are finishing our basement. We put up framing, insulation and paneling only to discover we had a condensation problem. We contacted a locally well known water damage and restoration company. After waiting two weeks, they called to tell us they were not interested in working with us. During these few weeks, we tore down the paneling and insulation.  We contacted Superior Insulation after noticing their great reviews here on Angie's List. We talked to Rick who gave us an idea of what the solution was and set up an appointment to view the problem area. Once he saw the problem area, he decided on a slightly different solution. Contract signed 3/18/15. Work completed  by Rick and Jim 3/30/15. They were very professional, thorough and nice to deal with. We are very happy with what they did.

"First,, I received a very prompt response to my inquiry for service. Carlos then came out and gave me an extremely through overview of the entire project, not missing even the slightest detail. Every step was explained and every scenario which might incur additional expense was mentioned so there wouldn't be any surprises. As a result, the estimate was spot-on. The crew was courteous and professional throughout the job, which was completed start to finish in one day. I couldn't be more happy with the service and flexibility provided by Carlos and Shirley. I highly recommend their roofing services to anyone looking for the highest quality and value for their money."

"I want to thank you for your kindness and the wonderful businesslike manner you handled our roof. You couldn't have been nicer and we really appreciated your attention to every detail."

"Contacted Jonathan about a remodel and he came out the same day to provide an estimate.  After about a week or two of getting other bids, I contacted to accept and schedule a start date. Which ended up being 07/07.  Him and his crew showed up right on time and got to work.
This is where the only problem occurred.  They were only supposed to take off the surface and leave the rails and the wall.  However I guess this wasn't properly communicated to the work crew and everything was taken down.  He apologized for the mistake and went back to work.  He finished the job in the stated amount of time, and the quality of his work was excellent.
