"Mike did a bunch of "handyman" jobs for me about a month ago, and I was absolutley pleased with his price, workmanship, punctuality, and professionalism. So when I discovered a toilet leak, I called Mike, as my house is currently for sale, and I couldn't risk damage to the ceiling in the room below the bathroom. Mike came 2 days later, on a Saturday, and replaced the wax ring. You can't even get a plumbing company to send someone out on a Saturday unless you want to pay a king's ransom! I recently painted the bathroom but couldn't get to the space behind the toilet tank. So while the toilet was moved out from the wall, I brought him the paint he painted the area behind the tank. And he was done in 45 minutes, no mess left behind, and he only charged me his hourly rate. Mike does everything - construction, landscaping, major and minor home repairs - you name it, he does it! This guy is a wealth of knowledge and skill for any homeowner!!"

"Morris came out to our house and gave me an estimate for putting a gate on our deck, repairing and painting a damaged area around our front door and installing a vent to the outside in our bathroom. He answered the phone when I called and was able to come out and take a look the next day. He was very professional. He wrote down all the details and was careful to take measurements and determine what kind of paint we would need. He gave me an estimate that I deemed very reasonable. He scheduled the time to come and do the work and brought a helper with him. They worked very quickly and carefully. Morris went up into the attic and discovered that we did not need to put a vent to the outside because it was already done. Great job and I would recommend him highly!"

We had the existing screened patio room remodeled with windows, new doors, new insulated ceiling, ceiling fans and lights, tile floor, and had the existing brick walls painted. As a few problems were found with the house during the remodeling process Arthur brought them to our attention and worked with us to rectify them as well. We ended up having a new rubber roof put on our patio room and the underground drainage system that was causing our basement water problem was redone as well.
